Synopsis
Sunday – Derby Day for West Ham United. In East London, West Ham fan Ethan is awoken by the sound of his grandfather (Joel) having fallen. Checking in on him and helping him back into bed, Ethan starts his day. He prepares Joel’s medicine, cleans the kitchen, makes breakfast, and helps Joel get ready. During breakfast together, Ethan receives a call from the live-in-care agency and is informed that the nurse scheduled to arrive is not allowed to work due to an expired work permit. Ethan now has a decision to make. Should he go to football with his friends, the one luxury he allows himself away from his caring responsibilities, or does he stay with his grandfather?
